About Me

I love Dance and hate exercise, but I know we have to exercise so why not do it by dancing? I take fitness to another level by using dances of all different styles. See your body reshape with Soul, Latin, Reggaeton, African & Jazz dance moves. YES, you will sweat and be a little sore after the first few sessions, but you will love it AND look great on the dance floor as well. It's fun and easy ESPECIALLY for seniors!
