me encantaria los brazos así, por donde empiezo?

dieta por primero! la alimentación es lo básico ( 60%) y también tienes que entrenar tus brazos en circuito. yo entrego mis brazos así : creo cada semana un AMRAP ( as Many round as possible) de diferentes ejercicios, sin pararme nunca hasta el final ( yo hago 6/7 minutos, tú puedes empezar con 4 minutitos. siguen me y 1 vez a semana también voy a subir mi entrenamiento de brazos. vale?

va! por lo pronto ya vaje mis porciones y empeze a nadar dos veces por semana; empezaré con repeticiones de ejercisios 3x semana.

IMPORTANT: use 40% -1RM IT's important!!! because this workout is a PUMP style ( 5/6 minute no rest) no POWER LIFT style

la mia colazione di oggi: tè verde ( antiossidante e diuretico) , 1 mela 4 gallette di riso integrale biologico e 2 cucchiaini di miele (la mia carica di carboidrati), 150/200 gr di albume d'uovo ( le proteine non possono mai mancare in qualsiasi pasto o break), cannella ( io l'adoro ) ed una manciata di mandorle ( non dimenticate mai i grassi!!! si, anche loro in quantità limitata non devono mancare ) . BUON APPETITO E BUON INIZIO FINE SETTIMANA
