I started training when I was 14 years old and had no idea what I was doing. It wasn't until I was 20 that I actually started to get results. When I came out of high school I was 140lbs and 6'2". I had a lot of health problems from being underweight. I started taking exercise and my health seriously in my early 20s and set out to gain weight. I am very accustomed to traditional weight training and this is where I spent the bulk of my personal experience. Within the past year I have progressed to advanced calisthenics. I also acquired my ACE certification for personal training within the last year. I have a great personal passion for fitness but am also passionate about health in general. It is important to maintain your one and only body.
