About Me

I am a Certified Nutrition and Health Coach. I am married to my wonderful husband and I am also a new mama to my nearly five month old son. I understand that nutrition and being healthy can be difficult in anyone's life and my goal is to help people learn how to be healthy and incorporate it into their lives without letting it take over their lives. Lets just say I love anything to do with nutrition and I want to help everyone learn how good food r Really is for you, mentally and physically. I work with anyone from professional athletes to Moms just trying to fit back into their pre-baby clothes. I myself an avid runner and run at least 5 times a week. I also love yoga, and try to practice as much as I can
