I was recovered, slept good, weather was perfect, didnt overpace - and after 30min my left calf got a cramp. One of these days, where you have to admit you cant control everything. I run back, it was more a mix of fast walking, slow running and stumbling lol. By the way, control... we cant control fake accounts here. We cant control that people log solly workouts, do countless intense trainings daily or 'steal' workouts and put their own name on it. Usually I even dont care and dont waste my time for this. But its sad to see (and even makes me mad), when those liars start to encourage newbies to "just do more". When they give training tips and suggest workouts. If you wanna be on top of the leaderboard, just log all the workouts you even arent able to do. But dont play with the health of inexperienced members!

I know what you mean Uncle Heiko... It's demoralizing seeing what some people do to get attention and it's not hard to see who the attention seekers are. Soooo I usually like to mind my business and workout...what people do is none of my business, I’m here for myself tbh. But then, fitness is a very sensitive thing, at least for most people, so tread carefully. You are a personal trainer so you should know this. If you start mention names it would help a lot. People who actually workout might take it the wrong way and thoughts get overanalyzed, build up over time and cause insane anxiety. My workouts are real, Lord knows that everything I do and have, I busted my ass for. All my workouts were created and curated by me. I worked out incognito for 2 years with an account named ‘WBFF Pro’ (supposed to be deleted by now, thanks Skimble🤦‍♀️) where I created about a 100 workouts. I just copied them with my current account when I came back. So no, I’m not stealing workouts. This negative energy has to stop. I post pictures they say I’m photoshopping, even though I posted videos of myself on YouTube in the past. Obviously not enough....
