Very interesting, but love it all the same, I train fasted in the AM so to deplete for of the carb fuel that I already have, and then train weight in the PM. Thanks for the share. :-)

Hmmm... I tend to have more energy to train when the sun is down, period; predawn and evening are prime time for workouts, not sure why. Does the amount of solar radiation received affect muscular growth, I wonder?
