ok i change my routin for chest and biceps. i focus more on the motion chin up 10 +6x6+5x3 . i was going lower for every reps and stay on the top for the last rep. bench press 1x12x40kg + 1x10x60kg + 4x8x70kg. i focus on the motion and have the barebell near my chest. seated biceps curls 4x10x(2x18kg). i stay contracted at the top of the motion at every reps. inclined dumbbells press using 2x24kg dumbbells 10+8+6+8
