About Me

It is my core belief that we should all be aiming to live the best life we possibly can. How that looks is down to each individual and all my 1:1 sessions will be focusing on what is right for the individual and not just a repeat of what you have been given before. About me: I am new to the professional side of the fitness industry but don't let that distract from my experience. I have 10 years of competitive experience across various sporting activities under my belt. But what I feel is my strength to help anyone make a change is that I also have 6 years of my life where I worked 50-60 hours weeks, stopped looking after my body, ate rubbish/quick food, smoked 20 cigarettes a day and ruptured a disc in my spine. This is a common state across our country at the moment where the majority of people are to busy trying to work to survive that they are actually killing themselves...... If I had only know what I know now and how easy it is to look after yourself once you get past all the fakeness in the fitness industry then I would never have got my life into such a mess. That is why I am going to make it my goal to support others into realising just how simple in is to look after yourself to achieve lifelong health benefits that will do you no matter what age is on your birthday card. All my exercises and workout programmes will not require you to pay any expensive gym fees or purchase over priced equipment. You will only require a matt, furniture you would find round your house, a pull up bar/dip station and resistance bands as you advance.

This is by far the best fitness app I have come across in my time. Combine this with the myfitnesspal and Google fit apps and it couldn't be simpler to keep in great shape.
