This program is designed as an introduction to stability ball workouts. The workouts focus on core strengthening and building confidence with the challenges of stability ball exercises. The workouts are casual intensity so you can focus on correct form and moving with control. If you have time, these workouts are great to do once to learn the moves, and a second time to increase the burn. No experience with a stability ball is required for this program.
