Is it over yet? Nope, you still have more work to do before this baby comes. By now it's getting harder to move, sleep, eat, breathe and stay active! Keep pushing to maintain a healthy heart for you and your baby! This trimester we've added weekly stretches to help you sleep better and move your baby into the right position. The prenatal workouts are shorter, so get them done quickly and give them your all. A little work goes a long way, so keep up your activity until the very end!
