100 Lunge Challenge

Who doesn't want to be able to do 100 lunges in a row?! It's a pretty awesome goal, that we would love to help you reach. This is a two week program to build those legs up and get you ready to rock out 100 lunges in 5 minutes or less. There's no equipment needed and all of the workouts are between 10 - 15 minutes in length. Good luck on your quest to 100 lunges!
