Keep pushing to maintain a healthy heart for you and your baby! This trimester we've added weekly stretches to help you sleep better and move your baby into the right position. The prenatal workouts are shorter, so get them done quickly and give them your all. A little work goes a long way, so keep up your activity until the very end!
