It is recommended for you to wait 6 weeks after giving birth before you begin postnatal exercise training. After the 6 weeks is up, do this program to help you tone up and tighten up. Post-baby is all about reconditioning. Even though you put in a ton of hard work leading up to your delivery, your core is back to square one.
