Description

This challenge focuses on upper body, lower body, abs, cardio and a rest/yoga option. This is an intense challenge that works the entire body throughout the 28 day challenge. This is a gym programme so kettle bells, barbells, cardio machines and resistance machines are all included in this challenge. You can take as long or as little time as needed for this programme so the programme can be completed in a 2 month or 3 month time frame. A diet plan can also be included if required.
