31 Jan 2013 Fit N Flex Series #2 15 minutes Moderate This one felt great today. I had a sore neck and shoulders all day. Took a very hot shower and used a foam roller to pop the joints loose. Then doing this exercise really loosened things further and took a lot of the muscle soreness out. Details

Good workout for someone with a tense back from stress and many many hours at a computer. I just gotta keep it up. Think I might go do another workout. Details

9 Jan 2013 Posture Perfect - bodyweight 16 minutes Casual After having a professional trainer explain proper form of a plank to me holding one for a minute and a half is tough in my current shape. Pulled it off with minimal crying. Had to Google how to do a YTA but being that I spend 12+ hours a day at a computer I can see those being a helpful exercise for me. These are starting to be easier to get through but I still find myself checking how much is left on the progress bar more than I wish to. Haha. Details

7 Jan 2013 Art of Exercise Freebie C 7 minutes Casual Another really simple exercise but it was good in that it is helping to maintain a schedule and it showed me some soreness from my last larger exercise. My wife seems to be coming down with the flu. Going to have to fight through it and hopefully not get it. If I do I gotta make sure that I get back on track here ASAP. Details
5 Jan 2013 The Cardio Toner 26 minutes Moderate Holy cow that was a lot more workout than the last couple that I have done! The cardio part of this really kicked my butt! Now that I am finally sitting I am starting to feel more energized but have a bit of a headache setting in. Think I am going to go get a big glass of water and ease into this just a little bit slower than this excercise. All in all still feeling good but we'll see how it feels tomorrow. My program had a 2 day long break so I tried fitting this into that break but this excercise was 10 times that which the program contains. Oh well its good for me... Details
