Note: 1. Started with a 7-min warmup workout 2. Did low impact jumping jacks to bring heart rate up more slowly. 3. Did modified burpees to moderate heart rate better. 4. Still had to take a 20 sec break between burpees and plank to catch my breath. 5. Did 10 push-ups during 30 sec segment. Had to get adjusted and catch my breath before doing them.
