it doesnt matter how many ab workouts you do, if you dont eat clean and control ur portions, dont expect immediate results. also good posture is a must ! (:

Diet & Nutrition / What to eat b4 AM workout.

I never know what to eat before I go to the gym in the morning. I usually make a green smoothie, banana w peanut butter or oatmeal but I think I'm hittin' a plateau :/ If its a small snack I'm usually dizzy or starving by the time I leave the gym. HELP!

Try packing your smoothies with more and eat some whole grains before going. I follow Incredible Smoothies on Facebook and she has a ton of different recepies that are amazing. Also whole grain bread or cereal will fill you up more and are very healthy. I eat a whole grain waffle with some low fat cream cheese on it

The first meal of the day your body is going to devour after not eating for 8 hours. Steel cut oatmeal with some Greek yogurt (I go low fat and check out the protein and sugar,) add an apple or banana. I prefer to take a shaker cup of protein with me to the gym and start drinking it a half hour or so in to my workout. I would recommend having a 6 to 8 ounce glass of pure fruit juice 15 to 20 minutes prior to work out.

sit straight.. helps build abs. I read that theres no use of doing all these crunches if you're gnna slouch after.

Cooking / Healthy breakfast recipes?

nutritious green smoothie, whole grain toast w. almond/peanut butter topped w banana slices and cinnamon (obsessed), natural oatmeal w berries. Use honey instead of sugar and try switching to almond milk!
