It takes 4 weeks to notice a change in yourself. 6 weeks for others to notice and 12 for the world to notice. Don't give up.

Motivation & Support / I lack motivation

I spent 2 years wanting to be skinny. And did not so anything to reach this goal. U just need to WANT to be healthy. Nobody can make you. But I've found doing group Dieting helps. Find a friend willing to smack away a cupcake. And play basketball once a week. Join a group for something, self defense classes, for example. Twice a week. Fun. Boost you into shape. You make new friends and gain knowledge on protecting your pretty self.

Drink alot of water that aids weight loss. Actually, a cup of cold water in the morning boosts your metabolism. Talk nicely to yourself and don't give up.
