Sports Injuries & Prevention / ACL replacement

Didnt have a ACL tear but i did tear my menincus and i was afraid of the surgery i had a really good doctor and once i was cleared to work out i opted to do my own physical therapy did a lot of leg extension with my brace it took some time to build my strength in my knee but through it all it went well best advice is to be patient you will struggle but you will also gain your strength back you might want to go back to your doctor who did your surgery to make sure all is well on the inside of your knee most important wear your brace!!

Depends on what i am working out on but for the most part i listen to music that gets me hyped up some rap like tupac, lil wayne drake every now and then some r&b when i hit the treadmill doing cardio!! What about you what do you listen to!!

Congrats to you for serving our country GO NAVY and as long as you eat right and not diet you will be fine diet sounds like a restriction when eating right is all about discipline!!

Its a mixture of P90X and insanity no weights or pull up bar very intense

Yoga / Need major support!

You have to feed your machine eat (5-6) small meals to boost your metabolism and like the one person said, you gained muscle and dont get discouraged continue to work hard your results will come

To get in shape whether to tone or add muscle i recommend this program to anyone i did it twice the first time i lost (50) pounds the second time i did it was very helpful from knee surgery a must do and it has everything from yoga to karate loved it!!
