Women's Locker Room / help

Do a lot of high intensity leg workouts... and who doesn't like girls with big bottoms ... must be shape though.. ☺

Weight Loss / how much time do you do workout in a week?

I lift 3 days (1:15 min includes my warm up)
Cardio 1-2 days (45 min-60 min)
Yoga 1 day (45 min)

Thats abt 5 hours avg a week 😺
