Motivation & Support / Do you workout when your depressed?

Working out is really a medicine for depression and anxiety, When you exercise, your body releases chemicals called endorphins. These endorphins interact with the receptors in your brain that reduce your perception of pain.

Endorphins also trigger a positive feeling in the body, similar to that of morphine. For example, the feeling that follows a run or workout is often described as "euphoric." That feeling, known as a "runner's high," can be accompanied by a positive and energizing outlook on life.

Endorphins act as analgesics, which means they diminish the perception of pain. They also act as sedatives. They are manufactured in your brain, spinal cord, and many other parts of your body and are released in response to brain chemicals called neurotransmitters.

Now train harder!!!

Workouts and Programs / Best workout gears/equipments?

Well I'm going to set out the essentials and the least expensive here it goes, pull up bar if your working out in a room try to get the one that attach to the door frame that's the best in my opinion, push up stands those will get you a better form on your push up as well as getting you more depth for better gains and toning, also get some bands there are some many different exercises you can do with them all you have to do is buy the best resistant type band for your preference, now that's the cheap option if you have money to blow here's a few essentials select tech dumbells, kettle balls, weighted body vest, but yea it basically also varies on what are you trying to accomplish. So best of luck

Motivation & Support / Motivation inspiration

MOTIVATION ha that's not needed for you to continue to do what you want, take action for your self it's your body you have to transform your decision your goal, stop sitting and thinking that to have a six pack to have a nice physique or even being healthy is hard, it's not you make it what it is by your determination and sacrifice that you put in, this is no accomplishment no competition, this is for your well being and the rest well its just extra, so those negative thoughts that might be going threw your head or that voice in the back of your head saying you never make it, take it all and just dump it because this right here is a new you a better you! Remember 4/life not temporary. Now get up and workout!!!

I'm trying it out to makayla I'm starting on Monday but I doing it a little bit different I'm buying a book of a ten year veteran that discovered this carb cycle and follow his instructions he has truly perfected carb cycling, I'll give you any pointers on what to focus on when I get the book to help you loose those pounds

15 Nov
What kind of carbs are you eating while carb cycling? Keep me updated this is something I'll probably try before summer.

Weight Loss / Who's tried carb cycling

Well raja it wouldn't be as effective because there's a science method on doing it you have to do three day high carbs followed by three day low carb and cheat day, or it would not trigger your metabolism and boost your fat burning capacity. If you check it out you see exactly what I'm talking about

Weight Loss / Who's tried carb cycling

Well carb cycling is when you intake high carbs for three days followed by low carb intake for another three days and for the last day you have is as a cheat day, that makes your metabolism speed up and keeps you from storing any fat at all, it basically makes your body into a fat burning machine, look it up in YouTube they explain it more thoroughly.

14 Nov
Well how about if you add a day or two of high carb days preferably before your leg day will that count as carb cycling planning on starting that
14 Nov
Just finished researching it. I think it's worth trying it out! I'm going to start tomorrow. Hopefully i'll finally see some results for these last few pounds I've got to lose.

Motivation & Support / Here's some MOTIVATION to whoever needs it

For Ashley A.
Ok well let's start off by what you consume in order to lower your body fat % and have that nice sexy flat tone stomach, you absolutely have to diet because exercise alone will not take you there, abs are made in the kitchen not the gym, try to incorporate foods like this into your diet. Let's start by lean meats that are packed with protein, Chicken breast, turkey breast, fish like salmon and tilapia, now for the good carbs, sweet potatoes, oats, brown rice, whole wheat bread, now for fruits best fruits are apple, banana, strawberry, cherry, blue berries, don't abuse with the fruits cause the can be bad if you consume too much, well for vegetables all really are good for you always in every plate except breakfast try to have your three portions protein which is lean meat good carb and vegetables, that's very important because that's going to bring you the best results and keep you healthy, and for snacks you can have anything like protein bars (make sure it's not loaded with fats and surgar) protein shakes same rule applies. Well now that food is delt with let's start with exercises. Now from what I read I see you don't want to have that belly no more, so to lose the fat on your midsection what your going to want to do is a lot of cardio, thats definitely gonna to bring that belly down substantially, and by cardio I don't mean your regular cardio I mean HIIT cardio which stands for high intensity interval training, that's gonna make you see results quick, well here's a schedule I want you to follow, Monday chest and back and abs, Tuesday HIIT cardio and stretch, Wednesday shoulders and biceps and abs, Thursday HITT cardio and stretch, Friday legs and abs, and Saturday HIIT cardio and yoga, now dont think by weight training your going to be become bulky that is not possible you would have to take illegal drugs because a woman does not have testosterone to build mass, now that schedule is going to improve your health and physique, just please be patient and follow what I gave you I promise you'll be thanking me later don't let anything crush your goals there's always a light at the end of the tunnel YOU CAN DO IT!!

13 Nov
I eat a lot of that but some of it I don't. I don't really eat veggies either and I eat fruits sometimes... But I'm slowly getting there with veggies and fruits. And alright I'll try that workout. Thank you so much :)

Motivation & Support / Here's some MOTIVATION to whoever needs it

For Ashley,
What you achieve is not temporary it's stay with you for life, going forward is what you want to do in life, if you worked hard for what you wanted to achieve why go back, your goals cannot end once you overcome them they continue because even the fittest person out there they still have a goal set to wake up everyday and be accounted for there exercise and diet regimen, your goals never stop!, and huge suggestions would be for you to surround yourself with people that support you and never let you quit or stop what you are doing. And before you make the same mistake or not feeling inspired Always remember this is me fit 4 life. Well good luck 😉
