Welcome Wagon / Let's lose weight, who's in?

I'm all in. Last week my weight was 147 lbs and today I am 145 lbs. I'm still motivated to go down to 105 lbs. I'm sticking to my diet of only 1200 calories a day. One slim fast for breakfast and another slim fast for lunch and for dinner I have a subway sandwich. I've also cut back on soda and fast food and junk food and so far it's a success

Motivation & Support / Need friends who are motivated

I'm new here and motivated to lose 45 lbs to get back to my normal size and start eating healthy and getting on a regular routine. I would really appreciate making friends who are motivated as much as me who are positive and have confidence and will never give up even if the going gets tough. Thanks

Hi! Im 21 years old.. Im trying to get some muscles and eat healthy! My plan is to go to gym 6 days a week :)
