What does everyone feel about the Yoplait greek 100 whips? As far as being healthy enough? Reading the ingredients I'm not too sure how I feel about it?

Pro Members Only / Honest responds on programs

Has anyone completed a program on here and saw extreme results. Looking to start something up, but can't decide which one!!!

I just recently completed the Abdominal Foundation 3-part set program. Yeah, I'm liking my results so far; however, I had to do the second and third part twice each. I did not feel satisfied with the progress whenever I completed those two programs on the first time. There was a noticeable improvement between doing them on the first and second time.

Iff you work hard, it will work. I'm training for around 6 months and lost 8 kilo and see a change overall. Take any program that suits your goals. Challenge yourself if it isn't satisfactory by changing your settings and goals.

Weight Loss / Carb cycling

Has any done carb cycling pretty consistently? I know the basics but I feel like it'd be a tad bit unhealthy for me. Could someone help.

How does everyone feel about work out while sick?
Energy I got, but I got a cold.

Suck it up and work out. I play soccer when I have a cold and it seems to kick the colds butt. Always feel better after.

Motivation & Support / Question for consistent builders

Has anyone done a specific workout more then once or twice a week and saw results...

Which workout? For how long? What results did you see?

Any suggestions?

Personally looking to lose some bf, gain more mass in my upper body, I eat clean and seperate my cardio and workouts (unless it's a day I lift weights)

Do more cardio and less weight lifting me I use to box as a teenager and that is one of the best workout for trimming or losing weight you can get on YouTube and find real good cardio workouts.....a sweat suit works good while u workout too u can get one at Wal-Mart or Dick's

Diet & Nutrition / Protein shake! I need help.

You will always need some protein after any physically activity you do, because you are tearing up your muscle fibers and protein rebuilds it, if you're not looking to build extreme muscle then you wont need so much protein, but I WOULD TAKE A PROTEIN AFTER. YOU can take whey, but I'd stick to a healthy product. Like warrior blend. Depends on your taste buds. Check out my posts. :)

Diet & Nutrition / Meals! Personally tried. . .

Hey folks, being in fitness for two years now and nutrition for one; I want to share the meals I have made for myself! I do have digestion issues so most of it Is only veggies and protein. (Non Dairy Products). I am lactose intolerant. Can't digest some whey products. Love certain carbs and others my stomach hates. Just want to share to give off ideas :). I wasn't looking to lose weight, but more get my intake on what my body can handle. All these meals are very delish. I am pretty wise on how to eat and what to eat now.馃槣 If anyone needs help please message me.

路 I have tried the banana with 2 eggs to substitute for pancake batter. Easy to make just use non sticking cooking sprays.
路 Chicken cooked with broccoli and onions. Topped with some cottage cheese.
路 I in aluminum foil; grilled a sweet potato, two chicken breast, and broccoli.
路 Two Leafs of Lettuce, chicken breast, cactus mixed with pico de gallo (onion, tomatoes, cilantro)
路 Strawberries and cottage cheese
路 Chicken breast, Sweet potato, with black beans.
路 Ground turkey, black beans, Brussels sprouts, and carrots (steamed)
路 Spinach, Tuna, Cucumbers, Lemon and Sunflower seeds with avocado
路 Ground Turkey with asparagus with a protein shake.
路 Chicken, Asparagus, mushrooms, and black beans.
路 Bananas, cucumbers, and celery with almond butter and sunflower seeds.
路 Brown rice, spinach, chicken and peppers.
路 Lettuce Wraps with shrimp, tomatoes, avocado, onions, and cactus.
路 2-4 Hardboiled eggs with blackberries
路 Teas are also Great to go with meals

There's also oatmeal pancakes that are excellent. I made some yesterday with some cinnamon and apples.

Motivation & Support / Here to support and Motivate!

Hey Ladies and Gentleman. I just want to put myself out there and show my love to all of you trying every chance you get to make a difference in your life. Took me 2 years to finally become serious and give myself the proper attention. I know how difficult it can be to not only have to drag yourself out into a gym or eating in a way you're not use too, but also having to step out of your comfort zone. Let me say it does become a enjoyable habit. I am offering my time to those who need any type of help. Motivation. A partner. Assistance. Advice. Anything. I am very witty and wise on nutrition.
