Motivation & Support / After a few months, my daily routine kicked my a**.

After I finished it, I was out for at least a good 5 mins. Then after that, I got back up and went at it again. I guess taking a break and going back is better than just giving up.

Some women like doing designs and I definitely notice it more. It's part of a woman's fashion and style so I like it. I also like when women do their hair.

Teen Zone / Is dancing useless?

Dancing is my sanctuary bro. It's like an art. You don't do art so it will take you somewhere physically, but spiritually. 

If it makes you feel good and happy, it's not useless. You can always impress the ladies so its pretty useful if you think of it that way. 

But don't. Think of it as an art.

Any kind of Nike free runs are good. I own a pair of Nike revolution 2. It looks good and is comfortable to run in.

As posted, you can do any kind of push-up or jump rope as long as you end up doing 30 push-ups and 100 jump ropes for 30 days. Feel free to do more if it suits you.

hahaha..i shortened my addidas long jump rope cuz im 148cm..oh well,being short is a blessing..i can even jump with my hoola ring ;p

Lol in any case, you can always do fake jump ropes. Just imagine you have a rope and just jump like normal lol.

My right knee usually always hurts after doing leg exercises and whatnot as well. I always stretch and shake it out before and after I workout.

Women's Locker Room / Help please!

I'd suggest HIIT or tabata base workouts. They're intense without much rest time to keep your body pumped. 


Is an example. I would also suggest doing some weight lifting if you want to build muscles. Protein shakes, bars, and/or food are great for muscle building too!

One thing about bust size is that it's mostly genetics, then fat, then basically estrogen. If you're still young, you have a while for them to continue growing.

There are probably a few natural things you can do but it won't really do too much. I don't study the biology of breasts so this is really all I know. Google is your best friend here.

Workouts and Programs / How to gain weight?

I've never really tried to gain weight so I'm assuming you probably just have to eat bigger and more portions of food. Chicken breasts and meaty things but not too much. Perhaps whenever you eat, try to eat a full meal with vegetables and fruits and whatnot?

Protein is for repairing and building muscle so I would also assume you can take it as well.

If you have a flat stomach, you don't really need to do cardio. But if you don't have a flat stomach or if you wanna flatten it more, you must first do cardio to burn off the fat. 

Then after that, you can do ab workouts. 

Autumn Abs

These workouts are pretty good for abs. You should also try to workout another major muscle group like your back or legs too.

Health Conditions / Released to exercise after surgery

Scientific 7-Minute Workout

Are pretty doable exercises. Don't be scared by them being "intense." They really aren't. I usually substitute a few of the exercises for sit-ups and crunches (they don't focus too much on abs but more on upper body and mostly lower body).
