Welcome Wagon / What pet do you have and what's it called

I have a giant African millipede I named it Curly cx and 100s of pill bugs in the same aquarium and obviously I can't name the pill bugs hah

I want to be an entomologist so that's why I have bugs I study them c:

Motivation & Support / Why I wear makeup to the gym. Read before you judge.

Why should you or any girl were makeup in the first place, I'd bet you'd look beautiful without it. I personally like a girl that doesn't wear makeup it's okay every now and then but when she's without makeup, to me it expresses her natural beauty.

I was diagnosed with bronchitis last week i was in heavy medication, i didn't go to school the whole week, i was in the hospital the whole time, nd now i feel a lot better nd hopefully i won't go through that again, i feel as if now i can workout but at the same tine idk because i just got cured do y'all think i should workout?

Workouts and Programs / Im serious about finding the right workout

So look, im a 16 year old, I'm a sophomore, I'm in the top 10 of my grade right now and still trying very hard to become better. So, I'm trying to find a really good daily workout. I'm talking about a workout that will make me sore. I'm looking for the workout that will work every muscle that can be worked in the human body. I really want my dream body. Lol this might be kinda weird but I wanna be buff. I'm actually tired but being a fat kid. Well i ain't that fat but then girls be saying they wanna feel my 6 pack nd im all like 😳 lmao cuz I don't have one lol so again I'm saying, I want a really good workout that I can do daily when I can except days when I'm doing homework ( school is WAY more important ) If anyone can please let me know of some great workouts i will greatly appreciate it. Oh and I am looking for workouts that don't use equipment since I don't have any, and also exercises that are common like situp, pushups, bicycle, squats ect. Many thanks

I just worked out my abs like 5 or so mins ago nd im touching my stomach nd it is super cold but im not actually cold nd besides when you workout aren't you warming you body up?? Why is this happening? ?

Damn... I haven't worked out in a few days. It feels like a really long time. Working out made me feel great these few days I've felt very weak nd tired i felt like doing nothing 😞 I have reason why i didn't workout, school had me over loaded with homework. But hey most would agree school is more important i agree so yeahh i need to start working out soon hope school gives me a little break nd or lets me have time after homework to workout

I did two workouts i created one call Intense 1 nd the other called Weights. Now im aboit to do my 150 sit ups (yesterday nd today) total of 300 😲 lets see if i can do it 😉

I wanna do this but that's way too intense for me :$ What if I did 50 sit-ups, 50 crunches, 25 left oblique crunches and 25 right? That totals up to 150 and I'm working various parts of my core. And of course with little to no rests. Can I still be part of the challenge? :)
