Weight Loss / Should you do cardio on an empty stomach?

I've tried both ways with eating being the preferred method. Without eating I find myself performing poorly and less energized afterwards. Small quick meal banana or oatmeal egg or 3 isn't a bad idea. I like to do cardio at least 3 days a week but prefer 5 days and rest for 2 outside the normal cleaning house on weekends ect. Enjoy and press on...๐Ÿ’ช

When you go for runs do small distance at first find some good flats ti do wind sprintsย  as well build your lungs at your on pace. After some time you can add some hills to the sprints and runs. Hope this helps.ย

Hi there, I want say I love Skimble and the fact it is free. Only thing why limit us to creating only 3 workouts then request us to upgrade to a pay program? I would take advertising instead. Just a thought. Your input is welcome Skimble family. Thanks again ang get the work on.....

Do you have stairs in your home if so add these to your exercises multiple times then add weights and start running them. Also you can do high knees around the house while moving throughout the different rooms throw some twists to these. Jumping jacks, jog in place, burpees and treadmill. Tons of opportunities indoors... Just be creative. ๐Ÿ‘Œ

Conhrats on the new improved journey to a healthy you.There is something to be said about don't leave it on the table,ย  this doesn't apply to fitness.ย  Count those calories shy away from temptations 500 calories less than recommended calorie intake is safe and great results are in order.
Stay focused,ย  set small goals and reward yourself when achieved.ย  Focus on all body parts as well to keep proportional results and prevent burnout while also burning more calories. Any and all core exercises (ie yoga, weighted, resistance and natural ab workouts.)ย  Heres one of my created workouts. Ab And Core Duo Have fun with it. ๐Ÿ’ช
