Thank you for the advice. I will start drinking water and quit drinking so many sodas.. And I've been wanting to lower the amounts of food I eat bc honestly my appetite is like a mans. And I don't drive yet, so I can only workout at home.. But I will definitely start working out more instead of sitting around all the time for now on. Thank you.

Motivation & Support / Here's some MOTIVATION to whoever needs it

Omg this post is so helpful because I'm having to force myself to start working out because apparently for my age and height I'm "Overweight"..says my doctor. But I don't see anything wrong with the way I look at all... But toning up my body and maybe losing like 15-20 lbs would be good but I've never worked out in my life. How do I get started? I know that's probably a dumb question but I really don't know.

I am 5'3 and a half and I weighed myself this morning, I am 143, I was 145 last night.

And what I want to achieve is, I want to feel better health wise.. I want to have a flat stomach before I have kids since I've never had a flat stomach lol plus I want to tone my butt up

I've never worked out or dieted in my life. I don't feel that great health wise anymore either. So it's time to suck it up and get active for once in my life. I want to lose like 15-20 lbs before April-March, so I'll be looking great for my senior prom plus I'll feel better too :) hopefully...The problem is I don't even know where to start :(
