@Brytny..Kik Is a messanger app like yahoo messanger...I user it but it sucks the battery life out...lol..I use yahoo messanger on my phone..mightymouse1074

I get mine because u have messages linked to my gmail..it notifies me and u click on the link and it shoots me to my inbox....ill check to see how to get to it from the app....you may have to click in full site at the bottom of the screen

You need time to heal after that but will be a point where you will tell yourself I gotta get over this and then the goad to recovery will begin....you'll get through it..trust me!!! Been there done that....lol

Sometimes just listening to your body and doing what you want to do with no set routine helps. Do what exercises that you like doing,throw down your log book and workout routine:-) sounds counter intuitive but sometimes you just need a break from the strict process

Since u r working out at home. You can use a rubber band and throw over something high..sit on the floor and Paul toward your Chest..imagine squeezing and egg between your shoulder blades as you pull back. Also u can do bent over dumbell rows. If u have trouble doing this I can think of some other exercises to do at home...pull UPS is one
