Feedback / What is your favorite workout clothing?

I prefer also under amour ! 😺
But mostly i wear under amour underwear and long running pants, nike shirt and nike head bands. I also own puma, reebock and oldo, but under armour is by far my fav

Welcome Wagon / Fitness Bucket List

My main goal is to get my muscles more defined especially my abs....besides that I want to swim a 1:15 on 100m breaststroke to get closer to my dream of swimming at the german championships 😻 At lifting i guess its to be able to do biceps curls with 20kg , my biceps just suck i have no strength hahaha

Diet & Nutrition / Help?

You can also start your day with some Protein Pancakes, most of them are high in carbs high in protein and low in fat. Also a good option is cottage cheese or low fat heavy cream. If you want to consume eggs then go more for the egg white! :) Hope i could help

Women's Locker Room / Whats your weight?

I am 5"4 / 163cm tall and have a current weight of 60kg i think thats 134lbs :) and i wanna go down to healthy 57kg with lean mass :)

Women's Locker Room / Workout according to girl's choice

Seriously most important is the cheast and their arms followed by their legs!! Don't forget the legs just because you can't see them in the club ! Just don't skip leg day there is nothing worse 💫

But let's face it , the face of the guys plays the most important role 😏

Motivation & Support / How should my workout be?

Hey :)

Well to get real nice abs you have to lose your body fat means to burn calories...biggest mistake here is only working on your abs . As a shedule i would recommend you as an example
Mon: Triceps and Chest
Tu: Abs
Wed: Back and biceps
Th: Cardio
Fr: Legs
Sa: Cardio and Abs
Su: Rest

BECAUSE you abs are playing always a big role no matter if your doing squats or push ups ! Your whole body fat percantage has to be low to get seeable abs ....

If you already git a low bfp than you need to eat good and a lot of carbs and protein protein protein ! To build up a good mass for your chest and your abs !

Workouts and Programs / Bigger bums= bigger thighs?

Hey,
Well i was just like you. Firstable look what kind of body type you are :Banana,Pear,Apple or Hourglass.
When you're a pear or an hourglass, be careful with leg workouts, set your focus on cardio like swimming, Aerobics or dancing (not running,jogging or cycling, because there's the focus on your legs, and u dont want them to get bigger) and 1 time in the week, do a leg day but DO NOT add any weight! Bc that makes your thighs grow bigger!

But let's face it, real man appreciate  butts and thighs and don't play with bones. Please just stay how you are, know how hard times can be. 💜

Motivation & Support / Idiots In your Gym !

I always see this guy in gym (i don't know how he's called) who first works out like a freak and then in the end he takes his water bottle, takes his shirt of and pours the water on his body! He's doing it every single time after his workout. Really everytime, i nearly feel like i am in a bad porn. He has a good body. But why ? Why does anybody do something strange like this IN GYM. 😫

Women's Locker Room / For girls only

I don't !! Exept when i have to go to swim meets ! Then i just swallow some pills and jump into the pool!
But if i don't have any i stay in bed eat clean, and drink tea ! A healthy girl even burns calories on a cheat day. ;) so don't worry

Men's Locker Room / Share the secret

Abs:
low fat and low carb food +
3x cardio in a week + 3x strenght training + motivation + low stress level = low body fat percentage ➡ ABS
Never really never give up and don't touch the candy! (Except on cheat days)

I know that's also my biiig problem, but try to avoid stress as much as you can and try to do it relaxed, that's also better for your work results :/

I don't really resist on any food! Because it isn't good for yourself! I've always allowed myself 1 little piece of chocolate per day. And now i don't even want to eat chocolate anymore...
