While training, dont be concerned too much about your weight, because the muscles are more dense thus heavier than fat is. So you may see after some time of regular training that your body weight is still the same or a little bit increasing and your pants are getting tighter on your legs and butt. Dont worry about that. Its just temporary effect. Instead of stepping on scales every week, try to look into the mirror and check how your jeans are looser on your waist. :-) good luck and dont go into some crazy Hollywood diet.

Motivation & Support / Need Help

My recomendation : For the very beginning stick with circular trainig or crossfit if you will. E.g. : squats - bench press- crunches - pull ups. Your joints, muscles and ligaments need to get adjusted for a weight training to prevent injuries. Do this with reasonable weight try to make 10 to 12 repetitions of each with 1 minute break between each exercise and do three circles. Stick with this plan for at least two month. Then you can start with some more developed plan. Dont forget good warm up and stretching before and after session.

Do both. Swim proper technique and try interval swimming after some month of regular swimming session at least twice a week

interval swimming would be when you pace yourself followed by a high intensity session?

Exactly, When you swim, do one fast length and the two slow lengths. Repeat this at least 5 times.
