Its good stuff, make sure you run a good pct after your cycle though and its always a good idea to get your liver checked out after the cycle!! Do lots of research bro!

What is the best PCT?

Nolvadex, finaject, tribulous terrestris. There is another called armidex that's supposed to be killer in maintaining ur gains... during the oral cycle, I'd use hawthorn berries for blood pressure, milk thistle for the silymarin extract to protect against the 17c methylated compound found in orals which can cause tumors!

O nice :) I normally eat 4 wheat bix with natural yougurt, berries, banana and honey or boiled eggs with rocket, tomato ,mushrooms and baked beans :)

Weight Loss / Im depressed

Start eating healthy an doing exercises at home...look up laura london on youtube she has awesome at home workouts anyone can find time to do, an dont be so hard on yourself you had 3 children an one just 4 months ago! Make the decision today to get healthy an dont give up on yourself this is going to take time.

Sports Injuries & Prevention / How can I cure a knee injury from running?

Sounds like a ACL, PCL, MCL or LCL tear in your knee, you need to start Strengthening your knee with leg workouts, wearing a knee brace could help. If you Continue to have problems go see a Physician

I did went to the gym and planning on making it a habit. I did dumbells, leg lifts and leg presses. I'm seeing that my legs are starting to get lean. My legs are definitely tighter than before and I notice the groove that the muscles have form in the legs to the knees(I hope that makes sense). But why isn't my knees improving yet? Any excercise you can suggest for my knees?

Motivation & Support / Do you drink away your results?

Okay so im a personal trainer an went out friday night(didnt drink) an ran into 3 of my clients drinking heavy! Against my advice! So how many of you train hard during the week too drink away your results?

Is it still as bad if you plan your meals for the day with the sugar and calories of drinking at night in mind? Or does the alcohol itself sabotage your work?

Drinking beer is just bad if your trying to lose weight or build muscle, if your gonna drink anything make it clear whisky!

I used to drink nearly 3 to 4 pack of lite beer as a post workout warm down!! Never could lose those last 10 lbs because of the xtra 600 cals!

Yeah Rod, if you cut out the beer that last 10 pounds would probably melt off

I recomend this to my clients sometimes, they always have good results with it..but its not for everyone!

I wouldn't recommend it to anyone with disordered eating. I had an eating disorder for ten years, this would only fuel that old part of me :(

The best pre workout that I have found is M5 Extreme by Cellucor they also make C4 which is good. You just gotta find the one that works best for you.

I've actually become a big fan of Nicole Wilkins and Jennifer Nicole Lee and I've been looking for a buddy. Most of my friends are lazy and full of excuses. I've been doing OK so far...but its only been 10 days....

Just stay at it, 90% of my clients hire me because they need motivation an help with there workouts, if you have the finances look into hiring a personal trainer. I charge $45 an hour to give you an idea.
