Health Conditions / Sore?

It depends, you need to train arms one day an legs another an give yourself 48 to 72 hours before training those muscle groups again! You can workout your core everyday! If your still sore after 72 hours you over did it.

Well everyday I attach for 15 minutes then do my cardio, core cardio, & then an cardio so are you saying do different exercises every other day basically switch it up?

Yeah you need to switch it up so your body has time to recover, if your doing intense cardio one day the next should be a jog or a walk...make sure your adding some weight training in as well.
