Weight Loss / Abs

I want to build abs but I do not want to lose any more weight, is that possible? What should I be doing?

Yes it is; but you'd have to watch the calorie count a little. I'd recommend you up the protein in the diet and reduce the calories for fats and carbohydrates. Everyone is a little different and require different amount of calories based on their lifestyles, so you'd have to experiment a bit. Plenty of ab workout on here too go along with your dietary needs. It's not an exact science. Good luck

I've been working out for a couple weeks but I noticed this morning even though my stomach is getting toned I feel like I may be losing weight. That's why I was asking because as of right now after I exercise I have a fruit smoothie that I usually add protein powder too. Do I need it? I never paid attention to intake honestly, just if it's healthy or not.

Motivation & Support / Improvements/30 day water challenge?

I want to try! It's always been a challenge to get all 8 cups in the day! I start my day with green tea and then a protein shake before I get to waterrr

Green tea and protein shake can get you really full, and it might be harder but if you're up to this challenge then go for it!:)

Thanks, I got 30 oz in for the day so far..I think this little challenge has made me more aware lol :)
