Motivation & Support / Workout Buddy?? ASAP !!! :)

I'm looking for a workout buddy to help keep me motivated and help get me in shape!! I'm looking to lose about 20 lbs. and if someone is willing to help that would be awesome! I need a workout partner to actually be there and push me towards my goals as I will for them. Most people aren't too serious and when it comes to it they back out. So please please help me out and I will do the same for you!

Lol in the summer yeah but I live in Alberta Canada and I'm not about to go freeze my butt off haha even the indoor pools, after you go for a swim & you go outside it's way too cold . I'm just a baby about it tho hahaha

& it sucks I have no workout equipment & I'm not spending money on a gym membership lol it seems almost impossible to do it by myself.

I'm looking to lose at least 20 pounds if not more. & yeah that's a good idea I could try out the money jar thing! Motivation isn't soo much the problem it's just that I need this weight gone fast !

So I've kinda fallen behind on my workouts & gained a few pounds, oops.. Just wondering if anybody has any tips or workouts or knows a super fast way to get rid of this weight? & try to keep myself motivated again? It would be greatly appreciated !!!! Thanx

Def big ! I agree with that comment about what you grew up seeing aswell, smaller guys just don't look right to me lol big muscles all the way !

Welcome Wagon / Confused !

K so this is kinda off the whole workout topic but this app confuses me! I did a workout today and I'd like to know how many calories I burnt & I have all of the info needed to show it but I have no idea why it won't show or where to find it! Somebody please explain this to me lol

Did you put your height and weight information in? If so, you can look at your workout history under your profile to see the amount of calories lost diring the workout.
