Help / How do I get up in the mornings?

Best remedy for ppl who can't get out of bed like e is to use the resources around you. House wrk「 run up and down the stairs, sweep instead of Hoover etc. You'll b surprise Hw much you've burned.

Weight Loss / HOW I LOST THE WEIGHT -Journey from 242lbs to 153lbs!

I started the same as you. Mu starting weight 190. Ive lost 34 pounds so far. Had ups & downs. But have been dealing with a child that has mental health issues ADHD ODD & mood disorder. He also has the same abuser as i do. Praise God i left him 4 yrs ago but my son still dealing with the anger. Unforually i had to place him in foster care cause he was trying to hurt me & siblings. Very hard times for me. Been fighting the depression. As a mom even thou u know it not ur fault & ur doing what best to help ur child it still hurts. But every day i choose to over come the depression & keep at it! So that when he comes home i can be there to help hom. Thank you BlessedM
