Motivation & Support / How do I maintain my weight?

I started eating healthier, working on my six pack but I'm loosing weight. Any suggestions/tips and how to maintain my weight?

Start by drinking a lot of water and keep track of what you eat!!!!

Running is great, I'm a runner myself. I run the Chicago Marathon every year. You should sign up for small races 5ks 8ks or half marathons to keep your shape and endurance.

Didn't wanna be just skinny. I'm a shorter guy so I wanna look good, be tone and have a six pack.

Yeah sure, for Abs you can do my Ab killer workout I created. For legs, you can do squats, leg press, lunges, and deadlifts. Hope these help you out.

Ab workout every other day. If you did it two days in a row, you'd injure yourself really bad. Legs you can do every other day as well. Alternate the workouts.

Cruises are fun. I agree eat what they serve,  just walk it off.

Post cruise outcome: I just tried to limit portions and eat snacks whenever I was hungry (my metabolism is fast, so I am hungry every 2 hours), and I worked out between 20 mins and 45 min each day, and I actually LOST a pound while on the cruise! I wasn't expecting that! I brought my own ground flaxseed to add to cereal bc I knew from my previous cruise that you don't get a lot of fiber therein brought unsalted almonds to also snack on rather than the boat's unhealthy options. Totally doable!

You train yours abs for nothing if you dot get rid of the fat from belly . Cardio + diet
