Help / How Do I Define Rest Intervals

Usually 30 seconds to 2 mins depends on what reps your doing 15 reps would be 30 seconds rest 8-10 reps 1-2 minutes

Motivation & Support / Lost motivation

Hiya guys hope you’re well, it’s been a while since I’ve been on here put on about a stone since my last competition in October. Totally lost it after that lost my mojo and I haven’t been to the gym much probably as I’m tired to from working 13 hrs a day 60 hrs a week doesn’t help .
I know it can only come from me the motivation but I’m finding it really hard to get back into it any help would be appreciated xx thanks 🙏

This is what my assessor told me on my course and it also says it on bodybuilding.com ,but can vary depending on each person,this is a safe amount ✌️

Yes they can do they speed up your metabolism so you burn fat afterwards and build muscle (testosterone) make you leaner , in a shorter space of time

Motivation & Support / Abs keeps fading away

Hiya Sebastian, try not to work your abs every day , only about 3/4 times a week , every other day maybe. You need to let the muscles repair themselves so they can grow and also depends on the food your eating too , you also need to do some cardio too like HITT training these workouts build testosterone (muscle) and burn fat afterwards they speed up your metabolism. I hope this helps

Motivation & Support / Get rid of side belly fat

Muscles take time to build and I think the obliques /love handles (sides of stomach ) are the hardest to get but it will happen . You need to do fat burning exercises like HITT training for cardio and workout the abs all around work the front (rectus abdominals) and the sides (the obliques) I'll put a link to some for you

they are good for the muscles that are there, but they will not spot reduce fat. "abs are made in the kitchen" is the saying because it's the diet that removes the layer of fat and the exercise that makes the muscles look good once the fat uncovers them.
