Haha thanks the main issue I come across is dieting...its hard to find a diet that'll give the results he has...and I need the hair lol

Welcome Wagon / Supplementation???

I have been taking creatine on and off for a while now and can say that have had no issues with it..it gives me the results I want..when I stop my creatine for a while I continue to take syntha6 its helped me see muscle improvement

Hi Wayne. The name of the game is called preparation. You have to plan your meals. Do a little research on foods & meals that are quick and inexpensive. You don't live to eat you eat to live. So of it means you eat the same things two days in a row so be it. If you want more variety do your research & try new foods.
