Help / Treadmill

I started at 10 incline and 2mph walk for 20 minutes. Now I'm working my way up to 5-6mph fluctuated. It was by accident since I didn't realized it was inclined for the longest time, but now I'm glad as my endurance at 1 incline running is a breeze.

Yeah fasting is dangerous when doing any workout. Your body is a machine. Feed it and be suprised at the output :)

Women's Locker Room / Ladies, how you wear your hair when working out

Hair shouldn't matter when you work out. A pony tail is the most efficient in it's purpose. I'd just continue doing that if you aren't to be bothered with a bun.

Look for the supplement 5 HTP. Aways consult your doctor before trying supplements in addition to any prescriptions. Read up on it.

My least favorite food would be a tie between mushrooms and coconut. Bleh..
