Hey there I just had a quick question for you guys. I'm currently beginning to run about 1 mile ever other day, now my question here is do I need to do some kind of strength work out per say squats or weight lifting in order to add muscle to my legs and tone them or can I get by with just running??

I Think running should be enough.. Try to run for 30 minutes even if you have to walk partially.

Cooking / Recipes - smoothies and juices

I like to start my daily work out with half an apple, 1 cup of oatmeal, 1 banana, 2 tablespoons of peanut butter, 1 egg, and of course milk mix it all up and enjoy! Kinda tick tough but it defenetely replaces a meal if you're in a hurry and its a good supplement for protein power.

Wow I'm not sure ill be able to keep up with you;) um well I be meaning to start running ever since the new year started but I just get off work to tired to even try:( so far the only exercise that I've gotten is picking up the leaves at home and mowing the lawn😝 but I seriously need to get my lazy butt to start. What do you say if we do and exercise together right now?? Pick one witch ever one you want.

I work out 4 times out of the week I do aerobics & a mile run sit ups push ups & squats my problem is junk food lol Wby?

Well I've never really been a big fan of coffee but I do enjoy one every now and then "iced" preferable:) don't think it affects you work out in any way though other than the caffeine boost.
