Same! I used to be in cross country so I ran a lot but its been a while. I really like running so I'm planning on getting back to it this Monday. my goal is to run at least 4 miles/day:)

You should try insanity! I love insanity and it really works. If you can't get insanity then just warm up for about 7 minutes either with a jump rope, step ups and stretching. Then you can try this:jumping jacks /2 min,Squats 1 min,Side lunges/10 sets,Jump rope 1 min, Jump squats/15 reps,March in place/1 min, Burpees/15 rep,March in place/1 min,Walking lunges/10sets,Squats/1 min,Jump rope /1 min,Jump squats/15 reps,Jump rope /1 min,Step-ups/2 min,March in place/2min,Push-ups /20,Ab work of your choice /5 min. And finally, Triceps dips 30. that's what I do when I wake up and don't have enough time. If I do...

Haven't been on here for a while! But I'm still training hard. I just started College and I've been having a lot of homework and some days I don't work out and some days I do, but starting next Monday I'm going to get back at it! I made an schedule that I plan to follow it and hopefully that will help me. How's everyone here? Just want to have a conversation so comment anything you wanna share or kik me @ Ale_Arroyo01 :)

I just got insanity and I'm done with day 1. Gotta say, it was a challenge but it was fun and I actually liked it. Im motivaded to finish the 60 days! every week ill be posting pics of improvements.

feel free to join me if you have insanity or if you already tried it, I would appreciate if you tell me how your experience with this go and what would you reccomend me. Thanks in advance:)

I lasted 33 days, and I fractured my ankle. If you can stick with it you will like your results! I can feel the big difference now that I haven't done it for a while. What worked out for me was to always do the work out in the morning. Good luck :-D

Its summer time! Starting june Im determine to loose weight and get that body I always wanted! If anyone wanta to be my workout buddy or has any good workouts that you guys recommend me. Itd be appreciated. Thanks!:)

I wanna lose another 50+ i already went from 268-224 but i m having trouble getting under 220

Since december of last year but recently in the last few weeks i ve hit a plateau, i can t get under 220

If u wanna lose weight faster cut out all sugar except for fruits,and cut foods w lots of salt, i usually look more at the sugar and sodium intake on nutrion facts then the calories and fat. Cutting out sugar worked out for me the best, i wouldn t even have a sip of soda.

Whats your height? And yeah i dont drink soda but i do eat a lot of sugars and fat. Ill be more attent with what I eat. Thanks for the advice:)

Didn't do so well today! I've only got 4 glasses in plus 2 cups of green tea.

Green tea is also good :) I recommend you control when you wanna drink water.kinda like a scheduled. I drink two cups in the morning, one at lunch, two before my meal, two when I work out and the rest I just drink them throughout the day.

So i haven't done any of the exercises on here, but I've been going to the gym so do think I'm slacking off, on the contrary, I'm working out harder than ever! i really feel like I improved and I seen it too, thats what's keeping me motivated. Lol also, I cut off the sweets since i did the junk food challenege, i didnt eating candy for 17 days and since then I've only eaten candy twice in almost a month :D I'm pretty happy with what I'm seeing and with I've accomplished. I also wanna do this 30 day water challenge. I'm seeing a lot of people trying it and i don't wanna stay behind so starting tomorrow (4/16) I'm going to drink at LEAST 8 cups of water. Is going to be kinda tough for me since I drink a lot of natural fruit juice but i know i can do this! If anyone wants to join then you're more than welcome to start up with me:) I'll keep an eye on you though.lol no kidding. :p so comment if you wanna join the 30 day water challenge/ comment your improvements/ tips/if you want me.to follow you/ just whatever you wanna share. Thanks for taking your time reading this. I know its long. :p
