Help / When.you feel pain

After working out next day you feel pain in arms or w.e should keep training or take rest?

Work out every other day and do cardio on off days

Taking rest is very crucial for the body.. When u feel pain after 2 to 3 days of workout, the muscles are actually damaged.. They need time to repair.. So take rest.. U can do stretching exercise if u want or focus on different muscles each day.. And important-Eat high protein diet... It will help muscle repair faster and muscle size will increase.. Remain motivated... :) U can Follow me for more..

Hello iam 170cm iam mosst of time not home so i eat fast food alot plus i smoke hookah daily for 2 hours -+ and i am 62kg i want to hit 70kg to what should i do and +am semi pro gamer online i skip lots of meals

Drink 4 pints of full fat milk a day and eat at least every 3 hours. Preferably plenty of protien. I was 144lbs i am now 156 lbs in 2 months alone.

Well, muscle weighs more than fat so I suggest lifting and working out.
