Motivation & Support / Reducing body fat

Today I went to gmc and the machine said that Im 17% body fat, it's average (avg is 19) but I want to have less. How can I reduce it?

I am a personal health coach and help people lose body fat percentage and gain lean muscle if you are interested I would love to help you! Been doing it for a few years and get people results. What kind of workouts are you doing and what types of food are you eating, specifically before and after workouts?

In this app I have only made 2, but I've been doing steady workouts for a year. The situation depends, a friend of mine is fluffy and his trainer told him to not make any pushups. Because he will end with boobies. He told him that after he burns that fat, then he can do pushups

Make cardio, ONLY cardio
Cardio burns the fat more and better in these situation
