Motivation & Support / Whats your april goal

Get my vertical high enough so i can dunk. I can touch rim so i think i can complete my goal by the end of the month.. wish me luck and best of luck to all of you on your goals.

What are you doing to accomplish this? I can grab the rim, but it would be nice to throw down on people.

Lots of squats. And jus practicing ive been dunking with a table tennis ball and work your way up in bigger size until u reach basketball(tennisball,softball,etc,etc) also jus look up how to increase your vertical on youtube theres lots of helpful vids.. On there

Real because fake in my experience are to hard and I feel like if a woman has fake breasts she obviously not happy with herself and getting implants is jus masking her feelings.

Weight Loss / Need to lose 50-60 pounds in like 2-3 months

Wow thats quite alot of weight to lose in a short period but definately acheivable. Start a diet . Southbeach diet would be a good one lots of excersice make sure your sweating. Stay hydrated though and also I would suggest you take raspberry ketones stay away from other diet pills though but if you do these things I really think youll see great results best of luck to you.

Take one a day. Eat a small snack before you take them bcuz with any supplement taking them on an empty stomach can upset your gut.

What motivates me to be healthy and in shape is well,first of all i want to be on earth for as long as possible. And of course being in shape makes me a happier more confident man which makes me happy. Whats your motivation?

My motivation is to become and stay as healthy as possible! I was in the best shape of my life 2 years ago have never felt so great . Then the divorce came and I quit working out and started drinking ... well I'm going into my 3rd week and I feel so much better already! Hears to being back on the right track! Keep it up everyone!

Meatcutter... On my feet 10-12 hrs a day use lots of upper body muscles.

Personally i like smaller women(petite) but its fantastic if they have a beautiful figure. Curviness where it counts. But
the female body to me is beautiful regardless if your thick or thin.

Diet & Nutrition / Weakness

Beets or beet juice nasty stuff but great natural energy. Im always on the go no time for big meals so I really love cliff bars and beet juice and of course protein shakes

I personally find any dubstep or house music great to work out to. Very rhymatic music. No words so I keep my focus.
