Motivation & Support / Motivation please!!!

Well im going to be a little hurtful if thats ok, but u need to get off ur ass and at least walk around ur house. Also u can do push-ups, sit-ups, air squats, plank, etc. U can do it. Just think how great ur going to feel at the end of the workout :)

Ahhhh I see. Well first thing first... srry for being mean :). Second try to find a day where u can just walk around ur neighborhood. That's a start at least. Situp at home as well

Ya I mean no need to push herself too much now. Step by step doing stuff at ur own pace is the perfect thing to do :)

Men's Locker Room / Need alil help on here lol

Mainly increasing ur protein and get do max weights. Ur reps should be 5, 3, 1 max rep. But the first 2 weeks. Do what u normally do for weight lifting. So u know ur standards

Here i got challenge for u... first week. Starting today. Once u read this message. Eat no grains for one week. Next week eat no grains and dairy. Week 3 eat no grains, dairy, or sugar. And last week no grains, dairy, sugar or alcohol. Lost 10 lbs. And u must excersies 3-5 days a week. If u want some excersies. Message me or if u have a kik. Do that (better if u kik me) give some intense stuff. And for motivation. What i do is i look at myself in the mirror and tell myself that im fat... need to change or else i can't do the things i want to do. U can do it. Just keep bagging on urself and u will get it

Hey guys anyone in crossfit?? Yesterday did "Fran" for the first time... god dam it. Too painful. What excersies have u guys done that are in crossfit or just any type of excersies :)

I started crossfit recently... I LOVE it! Painful yes fun yes worth it 100% yes!! Its only been a short time and I'm already feeling better and seeing changes I am a 100% crossfit supporter ((-:

Suiciders, gasers, uhhh i forgot the name but u get on a football field and start at the end of the touchdown line. Go 5 yards then back, 10 back, 15 back etc. Until 70. Once u reach 70 and all the way back to the touchdown line (the back line) then u go 65 back, 60 back etc.

Soccer (or just football in the rest of the world) is actually very different with American football. You probably get it mxed up? :)

Lol main point was all this can be done on a American football field. Its easier because of the lines

Well im going to be a little mean here *if u dont mind* but ur stupid just because summer is here doesnt mean u should stop or whatever time limit u have. What i do is i look at the mirror and i say... fuck im fat. Need to workout some god dam more. Or more intense words... u get the point :)

If u want build ur muscles u can always start weight lifting and and instwad of concentrating on the weight. Concentrate on reps. If u want more stuff message me or kik me at armank77 :)

Motivation & Support / Having trouble quitting smoking

I was a smoker too until i quit 4 months ago. I gave up just like that because my goal was to become a firefighter and tbat interupted my workout session. Nowadays i smoke hookah and rarely u see me with a cigarette. But the way i gave up was i needed to change myself before i go after my goal.
