I am needing motivation to keep on this journey of weight loss. How are some of you keeping motivated?

Looking at pictures of people who've lost weight is a big help with my motivation! Seeing how others have accomplished so much inspires me. If I'm ever not feeling like doing anything thats what I do. I automatically get up and keep pushing forward. :) Hope it helps you too!

Workouts and Programs / How are you all doing

Hard to really say.  Beginning my journey to the weight loss but starting out slow and changing the meal intake. Don't want too give up so soon. So taking it slow.  U?

Well take it slow but don't give up stay strong and as for me I didn't want to lose weight but tone so going to figure out something but I'm going to stay strong as well I guess my metabolism is still high

Welcome Wagon / Latest time you eat?

Mmmmmm no carbs after 4 pm and measured out portions of veggies with protein no later then 630pm and lots and lots of water. Only my 3rd day snd pray i can stick to it. Plus no sugar drinks for a month.

Motivation & Support / Trainer Needed ******lol******

I am trying but i just don't feel as if i am doing wat i need to be doing. Was in the gym lije 4days out of the week for 2months and only lost about 8 lbs. Ughhh discouraging that is. So need a great trainer. Any tips

❔ When is the best time to workout. The first thing in the mornings are kind of discourging me to not want to workout. HELP Me i need some strong mentally motivation. Ok also should i eat before after, when ?

Afternoon is the optimal time for working out. But the important thing is that you do. So anytime that works for you as long as you keep it up! :) Also Chocolate low fat milk is good after; it helps your body recover. I dont eat before.

Pretty the best time to workout is when it's convenient for you, just ensure your consistent and active daily. I personally prefer the morning when I wake up but when I have class I just hit the gym before I begin my studies.

Oh yeah and you should eat and hour or two before you workout, get good carbs. After working out you will need protein within 45r min of completing your workout

It is allso a fact that it,s not advisable to eat whitin 2 hours before a swim/work out, because of danger having a cramp. If you swim, you can xidently drown. :-)

Everyone has their opinion, I believe I can do all things I speak it I believe it I do it. I never believe that I can't do anything therefore I can do anything. What I'm an saying is if we all change our mindsets and adopt a belief in us the we can achieve all things. It's a process that takes time and you have to be strong mental, easy for some, hard for most.
