I'm 27, 4'11", and weight 209. I was 213 and my waist was 41 now it's 39.

Motivation & Support / Goodevening

I work nights, and go to school in the mornings. I plan to work out every other day, or when I get the chance. Since your trying to get into a groove I would stay start slow. Do one/two work outs a day then increase as you go along.
