Workouts and Programs / I need help

Can someone give me some workouts where I'm dripping sweat when I'm done? Everything I'm doing now I start getting a little sweaty, but that's it. I want to be soaked when I'm finished, lol.
Oh, and I'm essentially a beginner. I've been working out routinely for about 2 weeks now. Thanks so much 😊

Drink lots of water, being dehydrated doesnt help. And intense cardio

Motivation & Support / What is your motivation for working out?

I workout to feel and look better and for my kids. Mama needs to be around for a long time lol!

Plus, I pretty much have every damn medical problem in my family, and staying healthy can help deter that for me :-)

Pregnancy & Fit Moms / Losing optimism about post baby body

I have 2 kids, in my early 30's and working towards looking and feeling better than I ever have before. It is hard work, especially me having 2 c sections, but I'll get there. And so will you!

And being sexy is more than just physical appearance. Confidence, the way someone carries themselves and their attitude all play a role in sexy. Well in my opinion anyway 😉

Keep your head up girl. Be proud of yourself everyday for what you accomplish, don't wait to feel proud months down the road 😺

Diet & Nutrition / Extra virgin coconut oil

So you drink a glass of warm water with a lemon wedge in it? Or are you using lemon juice? I must try this!

Oh, and I <3 coconut oil! Haven't consumed it ( yet ) but I use it for SO MUCH!

More than a glass more like a gallon. I yt? St slice lemons up and put them in my water to drink. But look up the benefits of coconut it taste nasty but good for you

Everyday you increase the number of squats you do. If you google it, you can find the schedule. Or on pintrest, if you are on there :-)

Help / Elbow plank or full plank

Forearm plank is more for your core. Regular arm plank engages your shoulders and arms more.

Health Conditions / Carpal tunnel surgery

I have recently had carpal tunnel surgery, my left hand done in November and my right done in January. It is still pretty painful to put weight on my hands, but I'm trying to push through it while doing pushups/plank type exercises. Anybody else have this done? How long did it take for the pain to go away?

I was just sick last week and didn't do shit for 4 days. Your body needs rest to heal.

Workouts and Programs / 30 Day Squat Challenge

So I started the 30 day squat challenge last week, but missed a few days because I was sick. Anyway, when you finish the squat challenge, then what? Do you start over again? Continue adding a more squats per day? Am I going to be doing 5000 squats in 7-8 months? Lol
