I tried just honey for a few weeks - didn't see any noticeable effects.  Interested to hear what others experienced!

Motivation & Support / Vitamins & supplements

I've never been big into vitamins figuring the best thing you can do is eat right but sends in at a point where I can use the help.

Has anyone done research on good multi vitamins, maybe even a "men's" formula if that's relevant. Even any good articles or comments on what to take and what not to over-take etc.

Thanks for the support and help!

One more thing, I'm not opposed to liquid vitamins. Any difference, seems like so many choices it gets confusing lol

Motivation & Support / More Pull Ups

I use a pull up assist band to get more done in workouts and increase the amount i can do.   There are the adjustments and it clips to any bar.   I can send you a link if you can't find it - message me if you need help.   It's a great tool...!!!

Motivation & Support / Idk

There is a scientific 7 minute workout.   Doesn't require equipment or much space.   Do it twice a day,  am & pm, 5 days a week then rest on the weekend.  Everyone has 7 minutes!

Scientific 7-Minute Workout

J&J - 7 Minute Workout App (MV)

For now keep eating what you can,  just adjust the portion size,  don't eat as much as you used to.  Remember that starving yourself is not good either.   Try eating smaller portions  every 3 hours or so! 5 portions daily.

With that combination you'll start seeing results and that's motivating!

Motivation & Support / Scientific 7 minute questions

First off I just like some feedback on what everyone else thinks about this routine.

Next I don't really think there is any back, bicep, or shoulder work in the routine. Anyone have thoughts?

20 Dec
It's a good, short workout and you have pushups, dips, alternating side planks, and tricep pushups so for bodyweight workouts you're getting a good mix of back, bicep, tricep, and chest work in a short time. You can always make it more challenging by adding dumbbells for those exercises!!
21 Dec
Yeah it does save time but I find to really feel a decent effect from this workout I should do it 3-4 times which then defeats to purpose of saving time but I reckon adding dumbbells will increase the intensity, haven't tried it though. Most of the moves are all compound so smaller muscle groups like the bi's and tri's are worked as well..

Motivation & Support / Triceps only workout needed

Hi everyone. I see a lot of arm combo routines and bicep only routines. Anyone have a triceps only routine that's under 15 minutes?

Thanks in advance!

Stress & Relaxation / Yoga

I love yoga and it's what I miss the most since hurting my foot two weeks ago.   I personally like having an instructor guide me.   How are the yoga workouts on here?   Anyone ever try Yogaglo?
