Weight Loss / SECOND ADVICE

Yes they count ... eliminating fat frm ur diet is a misconception and calories frm all sources count...counting just calories frm fat is a waste of time for better lack of a way to say it... the human body is created to need a certain amount of substances daily...theses substances are called "macronutrients" ...thnk of a car ..it needs water antifreeze oil gas brake fluid etc...lets consider these the cars "macronutrients" what happens to a vehicle whn one of these key "macronutrients " is missing? Look at the oil in your car...its purpose is very essential to your cars health..driving ur car without oil can completly ruin ur vehicle... think of oil as fat in the human body ur body needs fat to run efficiently ... eliminating fat or lowering it to an unhealthy level is not good for ur body... just as only consuming fruits is not good for u as well as dangerous over a period of time... to lose weight an be healthy you need to knw your daily caloric needs staying slightly lower will put u in what's called a" caloric deficet "  it should  never be greater thn 500 calories lower thn your RMR.. and within these calories you need to make sure your getting your marconutrients in and frm the right sources....sorry for extremely long post don't knw how to break it down smaller

Social health? What is social health in the publics opinion? Does social health exist?
I'm beginning to question if social health is a realistic concept and wandering how it relates to overall wellness.... Being autistic is like being socially impaired at least that's what professionals project upon individuals with an ASD (autism spectrum disorder ) such as myself ... But what I see is a socially impaired world..society is told how to dress speak behave and even think... the sayings "make a good first impression " "think positive " " dress for success " are a few of societys requirments of how and what we should be... I find myself listening to those around me...most of what I hear are opinions assumptions and sterotyped ideas and are mostly due to huge misunderstandings of others as well as lack of proper communication... watching a persons body language is said to be important...being autistic I did not knw body language even existed till I was in my twenties till I was introduced to it by a friend giving me one of his dads books..even then I thought this was a mystery and that few knew of its existence...since thn I've read extensively and studied it ... and what I have learned despite my own limitations is that their is no specific code of "body language " each individual is different and to truly read someone you must knw thm..one sign can mean several different things... only way to truly understand is to truly listen... to truly listen you can't go by what you see hear or think...you must eliminate all opinions and assumptions...things are rarely ever really what we think.... listen and learn...Autistic people are not socially impaired we just dnt grasp societys criteria of what is considered socially acceptable...social health and wellness would eliminate communication problems as well as societies "pecking order" my conclusion is very few if any posess true social health and wellness ... what are your ideas and thoughts on this? ( Note : respectful and decent comments only please )

What's ur current routine? How long have you been doing it? By knwing where your fitness  and  performance level is at currently your question can be addressed more adequately... adding more reps sets or even adding resistence will work to bring back that soreness ... your body has adapted to the current stress load... thts a good thing :) just means its time to step it up..

I don't really have a set routine aside from yoga and stretching(do it almost everyday). I mostly do cardio, crunches, plank, squats to name a few. I have been adding more reps. Thanks for the support. :)

Wish I had some words of wisdom for ya Hannah...after I had some bad experiences I quit looking, then it found me. Keep your head up. Find the good in yourself that you love. Spend time on YOU. Then when the right one comes along that treats you the way you want, need or deserve you'll know it. Always be yourself, not what you think they want. :)

Welcome Wagon / If u were the President what wud u change?

I would make it law to prosecute school teachers for failing to report and stop school bullying....all schools would be enforced to wear decent and modest uniforms...not just inner city school kids... Id also hope to install greater consequences on school bullies in order to protect the entire student body.... I would revise DHS and other offices... example would be stricter and revised requirments for state funding such as food stamps...if u can afford cigarettes u can afford food... greater research and awareness on developmental disabilities... an  enforcement  on labor laws and compliancy of such laws in independent franchises such as McDonalds... create more jobs.. raise minimum wage... work on conserving energy in or to lessen the burden on families frm outrageous electric bills... oh and yes tax the rich and upper middle class.. yea they can afford it  and ths is still a democracy... and win the hearts of all the Americans who sweat blood 12 hours a week to barely  keep food on the table and a roof over their head.... thts just some ideas I got millions

I'm not sure what you mean by " ma"...to me ma stands for martial arts... but anyway..truth be told trying to motivate yourself to do something you don't like or even dread is harder thn climbing mout Everest( not saying that you do )...the trick to a healthy and active lifestyle is to find an activity that you enjoy doing ...something that you will look forward to and see as fun ...for some its sports or martial arts for some its weights bodybuilding or powerlifting for some its running or walking in the park... shorter workouts always get tagged by "the I'm not in shape I need to work up gradually to harder workouts " crowd but truth is we are all capable of more then we thnk we are..and as a rule of thumb and exercise session no matter the fitness level  we are at ..should ever be easy... sorry for long post...my advice is to find something you love and do it.. and dnt worry bout your fitness level just have fun...

Body Building / Does body pain if u gap a day in gym ?

The information is to vague to give an accurate answer....what kind of pain is it? On a scale frm 1-10...1 being a very mild pain and 10 being extreme pain...what would you rank the level of pain your experiencing? Can you move your shoulder and arm without increasing the pain or does moving it make it worse?

I've had asthma pretty much my whole life ...it doesn't get me down I'm use to it... if I feel an attack coming on I just take my rescue inhaler

Yes I have met haters hatein  doing better then me because like it or not haters hate because someone is doing better or is better at somthing  and their not always on top.... news flash: nobody is number one at everything everytime and thus a hater will be a hater in everything everytime...a hater is a hater regardless....

How has it gotten worse? The youth of today crying we have it worse then those before us... my heart means no offense to those who believe such but my mind grips memmories that shake me and say...nothing has changed and indeed nothing is new under the sun... I remember drug dealers at a young age...I remember a boy name not to b mentioned beaten by his dad...brutal rage I was present that day.. i remember we was but 5 or 6 common autistic elephant memmory... I remember others now at daycare  a few years later my friend being hurt by her moms boyfriend (she was also my neighbor) anthers alcholic dad beat him.. anther a little girl friend of my brother mom dying of cancer...i remember the pain of my own broken home... I remember my 9 year old neighbors dream of being a drug addict and alcoholic whn he grew up...he was the one who taught me how to smoke and got me to take my first drink...he almost overdosed at 15 and accomplished his dreams even today....I've knwn more then one classmate who committed suicide one was still in middle school...please tell me how has it changed ths generation of today? I've watched a man open his truck door an fall to the pavement dead as his friend franctic and in shock at what was happening...i remember the cops questioning me as well as the other neighbors bout ths man's overdose...I remember anther one issac lee the last words I heard him say "I've never taken a whole one before " overdosed at the age of 21 left a daughter behind...teen pregnancy...my neighbor heather my other neighbor toni as well as others...vile things between preteens and teenagers was a common conversation to all ears... I've knwn more then one boy who raped his sister one was my cousin...I've set around with a group frm the projects in east Nashville as one boy said "man they just rolled up and shot her in the face right in front of everybody " I've been locked up in a facility at 15 with other kids runaways those who had tried to kill themselves some in gangs..etc and etc. Thts not even half of my front row seat stories ..Drugs suicide parties and relations...even the rainbow commitee.. it isn't new.. Child abuse of all forms ..rape domestic violence...can anyone tell me what if anything has changed? It seems history just repeats itself and only thing that possibly has changed is the fact that people instead of just turning their heads and pretending its now normal and nobody cares..maybe or maybe its always been tht way to... sorry for long post... to many memmories I dnt need to think about...the past is in the past... ths is a new day...
